Your safety and learning are our number-one priorities.
RMTBC coaches are certified by PMBIA or GSMBC—internationally recognised qualifications used across major resorts and bike destinations.
All coaches hold Tasmanian WWVP clearance and suitable first-aid qualifications. Ross also brings Bike Patrol medical-team experience.
RMTBC is fully insured, licensed where applicable and holds current approvals to operate on legal trail networks where required.
POLICIES
Please contact us before booking when any condition is unclear.
REFUND + CANCELLATION
Deposits and payments can be fully refunded up to three days before the scheduled session.
A cancellation made up to 24 hours before the session can be used as credit toward another session or booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours receive no refund or credit. Life happens, though—please reach out so we can discuss the circumstances first.
BOOKING + FOLLOW-UP
Bookings are confirmed only once full payment and the required waiver are received. RMTBC may allocate an unpaid time slot to another booking without prior notice.
Post-session online review is included in the session cost for 12 months from the session date or 12 video reviews, whichever occurs first. No paid software is required; WhatsApp is recommended for higher-quality video transfer.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your details will not be shared with third-party providers.
RMTBC retains only the information required for booking traceability, client contact and legal obligations. Information is stored securely on local systems or backup devices with access limited to the RMTBC team.
